sip peppermint tea
hot cold hot cold spread hot cold
frosty warm heart balm

if we're all divine
then to believe in yourself's
to believe in god

structure & focus
doesn't let you add fluff fluff
haiku will you write

not so much lotion
as the act of applying
that promotes good health

respect goes both ways
& with it dances kindness
when they're gone they're gone

if you try you can't

you can quit the dread

computer's back

i got my computer back from the shop yesterday & after a few minor hassles and with the patient and relentlessly generous technolove from my friend Stefan The Computer Whisperer i managed to get most programs reinstalled and my email is back to good and my login and passwords are set for most of the places i go so all is well here in cyberland. it took a whole month and a LOT more money than i care to admit but what can ya do.
