everything is breaking and falling apart and leaking and descending in and i don't see any end in sight. i can't wait til october when i'm back here done with traveling and can breathe and maybe figure things out

my trip is coming right up and i have a couple days to spend in barcelona, Cataluña , España, espana viva. anybody with advice on where to stay or not to stay, what to do or not to do, what to see or not to see, if you would be so kind as to leave a comment here or email me, i'd be much obliged, gracias.

and anywhere we go,
Daddy always packs the car full of food
because we are on a Budget.

On a cross country trip to visit family and friends, he had a
calculator to track every penny that we could spend. We
brought our own juice, and numerous healthy snacks,
he said we're saving money,
and you know what followed that!
"We are on a Budget!"

We go to the drive-in, so that we can bring our own food.
Dad gets all excited, and he's in a great mood,
as we take our place in the movies,
he pulls all of the food out of the trunk
and as the movie starts
we begin to munch and crunch.

I heard dad lean and whisper,
"It's a good thing we're on a budget,
we can come to the movies every weekend."
Why?
"BECAUSE WE ARE ON A BUDGET!"

i came in last place out of 9. it's ok i think i had the best form. i just didn't get any holes in one and i blew up on #12 which had 3 layers of holes you had to go through.

sip peppermint tea
hot cold hot cold spread hot cold
frosty warm heart balm

if we're all divine
then to believe in yourself's
to believe in god

structure & focus
doesn't let you add fluff fluff
haiku will you write

not so much lotion
as the act of applying
that promotes good health

respect goes both ways
& with it dances kindness
when they're gone they're gone

had a splendid weekend with my fluffy brother henry & his parents, communing with nature, touring asheville, going to festivals, dining in little switzerland, the whole works. i just put up scores of photos on flickr, here are a few of the wilder ones -
