I Wish You Had a Better Childhood

 

To US Presidents and the guys in ICE

I wish you had a better childhood

I wish your dog or cat never died

I wish your mama loved you and your daddy never left her and played catch with you out in the yard outside 

I wish this for my friends and family

Neighbors and for people on the street 

But most of all i wish this for the frightened men with badges hunting humans for the land of the free 

I wish they'd had a way better childhood

I wish they'd had a way out more than war

I wish they hadn't been taught to dominate all living things by brute force in this imperial of cores

I wish they'd quit their dominating all the living things out here in this imperial of cores
