tildes and umlauts

this site has tables of keyboard shortcuts for all the letters with accents and cedillas you could imagine. to type a tilde, you hold down Alt and type the numbers 0241, release the Alt and voilà!

    Option N + N.

    ...using them all right now making a port maps for Bilbao, Spain...
