computer repairman was here this morning for 3 hours, thought he'd fixed my computer, i paid him $252 & he left to see another customer & turns out the computer is exactly the same as when he arrived. you turn it on & there's a blinking white cursor and that is all. i've been in asheville 5 months & this is the first time i've gone hysterical crying which i guess is good and bad. he's coming back to pack the computer up & take it to their shop & fix it for real and for good. i can only hope.

ReplyDeleteGosh skippy, if you were in my town I'd fix it for free, friend prices. I use a program called aperture (mac) but photoshop will be able to fix wb as well. Good luck!

ReplyDeletethank yous guys, it's in the hands of professionals now so its just a matter of time. i just got a phone call from bank of america fraud dept. asking about somebody charging $3000 at rei & $1800 @ express today to my visa card so all i can do is laugh. good thing they caught it so soon. canceled my card & they're sending a new one along with a bunch of papers to fill out alleging fraud.
