Decided to go simple. Cream Cheese w/ Garlic in them grits with a bit of paprika. Onions, Green pepper and tomato, salt and pepper with the shrimp. Still have mucho leftovers in the fridge so that what I'll be eating this weekend. Modifications coming. Block gone!
